Energy Healing
The human body is made up of energy and is in fact surrounded and interpenetrated by a human energy field. If the human energy field is healthy, balanced, clear, and charged, it supports optimal health and well-being on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. If it is not, it does not support optimal health and well-being and dis-ease and/or dysfunction can begin to manifest. The energy healing utilized by Christine balances, clears, and charges the human energy field facilitating healing and optimal well-being on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. It also facilitates alignment with the client's life task and soul longing, and connection with and expansion of each client's individual and unique Divine Essence.
Christine is a Certified Brennan Healing Science Practitioner and Brennan Integration Practitioner whose practice has evolved over the last 15 years, having received Divine healing downloads and reconfigurations, and having been through profound initiationsA woman standing in front of multiple colored lights.. As an Energy Healer, Christine helps to balance, charge, clear, and align her clients' energy fields to facilitate their own natural ability to heal, but most importantly, Christine’s work facilitates clients coming home to and embodying more deeply the truth of who they are. The work is very holistic and helps facilitate optimal health and well-being on clients' physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Energy healing sessions take place while the client is fully clothed laying on the massage table, and entail the laying on of hands on various positions on the client's body. At the beginning of the session, Christine connects into her client energetically and receives information, she assesses her client’s energy field, and as they are seated, speaks with her client regarding their background and what they would like to work on in session. She then proceeds with body-mind psycho-energetic soul retrieval work with the client to facilitate the coming home of pieces of the client’s soul or essence that are in separation, producing profound healing. After this deep healing work, the client lays on the healing table and receives energy healing which can include hands-on or hands-off energy work, sounding/toning/chanting, drumming, light language, shamanic work and cleansing, working with and utilizing sacred geometry (including the toroidal field, spirals, the merkabah, the holy trinity and vesica pisces), use of sage, sweetgrass, incense, paolo santo, blessings, initiations, ceremony and use of crystals, sacred oils, and homemade chakra sprays.
Christine offers a variety of energy healing services, including but not limited to Hara healings, core star expansion, chelation to balance, clear, and charge the energy field, chakra balancing and restructuring/repairing, cord healings, ancestral cord healings, brain balancing, trauma release, body-mind psycho/energetic therapy (process facilitation), healing child consciousness woundings/traumas, soul retrieval, channeling, surgery preparation/assistance/and recovery, working with illness that has manifested in the physical body, working with emotional and mental issues including anxiety, depression, disappointment and heartbreak. All sessions are divinely guided and often incorporate essential oils, sweet grass or sage, and shamanic cleansing.

Massage Therapy
Massage TherapyReceiving a massage from Christine is a healing experience. As an energy healer, Christine’s level of energetic contact with her clients during massage is incredibly deep. Each massage includes use of therapeutic-grade essential oils for their energetic and therapeutic qualities, which are applied to the client’s body and used as aromatherapy. Christine intuitively selects and utilizes the oils that will benefit each client given the client’s needs and state of being. The music is also customized for each client, depending on what is needed in that session, with soothing, sometimes powerful and emotion-evoking, and soul-touching selections from Christine’s playlists. Christine offers deep tissue, as well as relaxation massages (or a combination thereof) that are an eclectic mix of Swedish (her base technique) and other modalities, including cranial sacral, trigger point, myofascial, reflexology, energy work, shiatsu and sports massage, which she selectively weaves in for a massage tailored to each client. Each massage includes a level of energy healing and deep contact that are always present in Christine’s work with her clients making it more appropriately called an Energy Healing Massage (wherever there is that level of deep contact and presence, healing takes place). For each session, high therapeutic-grade essential oils (DoTerra) are utilized for their therapeutic effect and to provide massage clients with a full sensory massage experience, unless a client declines them. Clients may purchase 1-hour, 90-minute, or 2-hour massages and can also opt for the Higher Self Signature Massage which is a 75-minute massage with 15 minutes of energy healing (for a total of 90 minutes) and concludes with a blessing.

PEMF Therapy
Higher Self Massage & Healing offers Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy sessions, for 1/2 hour or 1 hour. These sessions can be added onto your massage or energy healing experience, or experienced by themselves. Higher Self’s Healthy Line Platinum Pro PEMF mat provides several potent therapies in one therapeutic session: PEMF therapy, Far Infrared therapy, Negative Ion therapy, Photon Light therapy, Magnetic therapy, and Hot Gemstone therapy. The mat is made up of powerful natural gemstones and elements, including amethyst, copper, jade, tourmaline, quartz, and obsidian. These crystals are heated as you lay on the mat, activating negative ion and infrared therapies, while you also receive the healing PEMF frequencies tailored to what your body is presenting with.

An eye mask is placed over your eyes, as gentle spiritual music envelopes you, and you feel yourself drop deeper and deeper into a peaceful relaxed state.
Sessions are $45 for 1/2 hour and $90 for 1 hour, or $40 for 1/2 hour or $80 for 1 hour if added on to a massage or energy healing session.
Communing with the Divine
The Communing with the Divine experience is a sacred 2 hour and 20 minute session unique to Higher Self Massage & Healing. It brings you powerfully within, as you are held in the presence of the Divine. It is a powerful and moving experience where many have received Divine guidance, blissful experiences of Oneness, Home, and Divine Source energy, direct Knowing, and Divine messages. This Communing with the Divine experience was designed to allow people to sit directly with the Divine, to experience a coming Home to the Truth of Who they Are, and to feel the energy of the Holiest of Holies, within and all around them.
The Communing with the Divine starts with a sacred energetic ablution and charging in the Dragonfly Room where you start on the PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Mat – a bed of crystals (including amethyst, tourmaline, jade, copper, quartz, and obsidian) that are gently heated and emit negative ion therapy, far infra-red therapy, magnetic therapy, and gemstone energetic therapy. The mat also emits photon light therapy and pulsed electromagnetic therapy. This potent therapeutic session cleanses the energy field, increases your energetic vibration and brings the energy field into greater coherence. It enhances your body’s overall functioning at a cellular level, naturally detoxifies and cleanses, aids in cellular regeneration, and creates a grounding and calming effect, among many other benefits. As you lay on this crystal bed, breathing in the ionized air and aromatherapy (therapeutic grade essential oils custom blended in a diffuser for your sacred experience) and listening to sacred ceremonial music gently playing in the room, you drop into a healing and deep meditative state.
From there, you are brought to the sacred foot soak, where your feet are immersed in warm water with epsom salts, essential oils of lavender, eucalyptus, sage and frankincense, sprigs of lavender and rose petals, eucalyptus leaves, dried lavender and sage. Here, Christine or the facilitator of the experience is kneeling at your feet, bringing the energies of Mary Magdalene and Christ, as she gently washes your feet in the soak and chants sacred chants filling your soul, calling you Home, and awakening you to your Truth. Then she gently dries your feet, and anoints them with the sacred oil of Spikenard, used by Mary Magdalene on Christ’s feet. She then anoints your heart with sacred rose oil, the master healer of all oils, and anoints the palms of your hands, your third eye and crown with sacred oils, such as Palo Santo, Frankincense, and Magnolia. Finally, you are asked to stand as she smudges your entire energy field and body with sacred burning sage, feathering the smudging smokes through your field, front, back and sides for the final cleanse and anointing. You are now prepared to enter the Ananda room to begin your Communing with the Divine ceremony.

As you sip the sacred ceremonial tea, and breath the incense, you drop into a deeper and deeper meditative state. Often in this place, you will receive Divine guidance, inspiration, messages, clarity, or deep knowings. Often in this place, emotions may process and healing or coming into a state of wholeness takes place. A journal is provided for you to record any messages or guidance, or to process any emotions that surface (these pages are for you to take home). Upon completing tea, you may lay upon the white mat under the Angel wings for Divine White Light healing. You are in a very accessible state to receive this high vibration, pure divine healing. You may experience bliss, oneness, connection to all that is, or a deep coming home. You may be worked on by your angels and guides, and by the Divine energies in the room. It is a sacred holy space.
After receiving this experience and/or healing, you may feel called to receive additional messages or confirmation through high vibration oracle card decks which have been hand-selected by Christine. You may draw cards and do personal reading for yourself from any or all of the decks, and often clients find the cards they draw are perfectly aligned and confirming with the Divine messages, clarity, healing, guidance and inspiration they previously received in the session. The journal is also available for you to take any notes from your oracle card readings.
When the ceremony is complete, the remaining tea and tea leaves, including the cup of tea poured for the Divine, along with the sacred waters from your foot soak and ablution, are offered to the earth beneath the majestic oak out front of Higher Self Massage & Healing. Your Communing with the Divine experience is complete, and you return home to gently integrate.
